Michael P. Lally, 22, 17 Hills Mill Road, Pembroke, arrested on charges of speeding and negligent operation of a motor vehicle on Samoset Street at 8:04 p.m.

Mattheu J. Mayberry, 38, 130 Gunning Point Road, arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice and a warrant charge of assault on Gunning Point Road at 8:30 p.m.

April 30

Sara L. DelPozzo, 43, 1118 Old Sandwich Road, arrested on a warrant charge for failing to license a dog on Route 3 at 7:46 p.m.

Zachary Howes, 18, 67 Talia Way, arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery on Talia Way at 8:43 p.m.

Justin J. Crane, 29, 5 Main St. Extension, arrested on charges of violating marked lanes, no inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, OUI liquor (second offense), and drinking alcohol from and open container in a motor vehicle on Route 3 at 10:59 p.m.
