3-Alarm Roslindale Fire Overnight
The flames were shooting out of the roof. The fire chief estimated $350,000 in damage.
ROSLINDALE, MA — A three-alarm fire had flames bursting through the roof of an Albano Street home late Tuesday night. No one was injured, but it was unknown how many were displaced, the Boston Fire Department said. The chief estimated damage at $350,000.
Firefighters responded around 11:25 p.m. The fire occurred at 54 Albano St., according to the Boston Fire Department. The home sits at the corner of Albano and Washington Streets.
The scene was still busy early Wednesday morning, but the fire had been reported knocked down.
