Celebrate the Holidays With Roslindale's Annual Tree-Lighting
Saturday in Adams Park, enjoy hot chocolate, pastries and The Pet Cabaret's Rein-dog Contest.
ROSLINDALE, MA — Roslindale kicks off this holiday season this weekend with its 32nd annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at Adams Park.
Roslindale Village Main Streets says, "Join us for this much-loved Roslindale tradition and enjoy ornament-making in the kids' craft area thanks to the Sacred Heart Parent Ambassadors, performances by the Sacred Heart Chorus and Band, the Christopher Mish Brass Quartet, Making Music Matters, and the Urban Nutcracker, as well as the arrival of Mayor Martin J. Walsh, Santa and Mrs. Claus in the Ladder 16 fire truck."
There will also be free hot chocolate and treats from local bakeries.

The tree lighting is from 3-5 p.m.
Before that is The Pet Cabaret's Rein-dog Contest. If you'd like to register your pup, show up at 2:45 p.m.
