SEX OFFENDER LIST: Where Do Roslindale's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Roslindale has 16 Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in the town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 designation is reserved for the most severe offenders, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board. These types of sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend. They are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Local registered sex offenders include:

Sandalio Algaria, 46, works at 500 Cantebury St.; indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.

Aaron G. Alpern, 59, lives at 305 Cummins Highway, Apt. 2; indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.

Kenneth Aoude, 46, lives at 136 Rowe St.; child rape with force, kidnapping of a child and indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.

Michael Clark, 59, lives at 165 Brown Ave., rape and kidnapping of a child under the age of 16.

Tuan Van Dang, 41, works at 87 Cummins Highway; rape and abuse of child.

Erik A. Davis, 38, lives at 1 Neponset Ave., rape and indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.

Clarence Brian Deseignora, 49, lives at 29 Penfield St., Apt. 1; aggravated rape and assault with intent to commit rape.

Joseph S. King, 37, lives at 305 Cummins Highway; indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.

Daniel F. MacKinnon, 38, lives at 1442 Centre St.; rape.

James M. Smith, 60, lives at 149 Rowe St.; indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.

Corey Sutton, 39, lives 254 Belgrade Ave., Apt. 3B; aggravated rape.

Edgardo Torres, 51, works at 25 Colgate Road, Apt. 204; indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.

James M. Walker, 40, homeless; rape of a child with force, aggravated rape and assault with intent to commit rape.

John L. Whelton, 56, lives at 129 Sycamore St.; multiple convictions of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.
