'Thanks For Making Me A Proud Mom': Mother's Day Photos

ROSLINDALE, MA—Whether it's through his or her personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, a daughter or son becomes a reflection of the woman who raised that child. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Massachusetts to share their "mother-daughter" or "mother-son" lookalike photos.

Dear Dan, Thank you for making me a proud mom! You are my Blessing! Some say we look alike. Dan, who is 23, used to have all brown hair. He's a musician in many genres, so he likes the hi-lights.
