5 Things to Do Today

Today is Wednesday, Oct. 20.  Here are five things you need to know today:

Looking to see a great film the whole family will enjoy? The library is hosting a free movie club and showing "How to Train Your Dragon" from 7 to 9 p.m., 609 Main St.

Do you want to support your high school sports team? Go cheer on junior varsity and varsity field hockey teams at North Middlesex Regional at 19 Main Street in Townsend. It's a bit of a drive, but the team would love your support.

Want to catch up school news? Come to the School Committee meeting at 7 p.m. at the selectmen's meeting room.

Want to learn all about clay? Registration has begun for the Time to Clay Class at the library. Sign up at the library at 609 Main St.

Want to get rid of those leaves and clippings? Fall yard waste pickup is this week—use the recycled brown bags from Lowe's or Home Depot and put it out with your trash pickup.
