Arrests: 2nd OUI; Malicious Destruction of Property

July 26, 1:49 p.m.: Matthew A. Russell, 23, of 70 Spring St., Shrewsbury, was arrested on Hawthorne Road and charged with malicious destruction of property and attempting to commit a crime.
July 27, 1:05 a.m.: Rolando Alvarez, 30, of 145 Pleasant St., Apt. 202, Marlborough, was arrested on Pheasant Hill Drive and charged with failure to keep right from oncoming vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked license, second offense OUI and driving with an open container of alcohol.
