Break-in Suspect Faces Judge

The following cases were heard in Westborough District Court.

Monday April 9:

Mark Webber, 56, of 44 Desimone Drive, Marlborough, was arrested April 6 by and charged with OUI liquor third offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Judge David Locke continued the case to May 23.

Jonathan Rodriguez-Vargas, 23, of 3 May St. #61, Worcester, was arrested April 9 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of class D drug with intent to distribute and possession of class D drug, subsequent offense. Judge David Locke continued the case to May 18.

Nathan D. Sorensen, 31, of 83 Elm St., Shrewsbury, was arrested April 9 by Shrewsbury police and charged with disorderly conduct. Judge David Locke continued the case to May 14.

Anna Candelaria, 41, of 21 Dewey St. Apt. 3, Worcester, was arrested April 7 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class E drug. Judge David Locke continued the case to May 18.

Wednesday, April 11:

David Gain, 45, of 525 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury, was arrested April 11 by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge.

Joyce A. Gorden, of 525 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury, was arrested April 11 by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge.

Tiffany Colley, 28, of 33 Wesleyan St., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court April 11 on a complaint by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and battery. According to court documents, the charges resulted when she was prevented from using a phone. She went out of control, broke things and kicked the alleged victim in the groin, court documents said. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to May 14.

Elizabeth A. Jacevicius, 23, of 32 Hayward Lane, Millbury, was summonsed to court Nov. 9 by Shrewsbury police on charges of armed robbery and threatening to commit a crime. Judge Virzi dismissed the charges because she was indicted on the charges in Superior Court.

James A. Fancy, 26, of 80 Laurel St., West Boylston, was summonsed to court March 20 by Shrewsbury  police on two charges of breaking and entering in the daytime (felony), two charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, larceny from a building. The charges result from a break-in on Heath Road in Shrewsbury, according to court documents. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 25.

Andrew Ciullo,20, of 67 Moreland Green Drive, Worcester, was arrested April 10 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class B drug and possession of a class D drug. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 24.

Marie C. Risolo-Lynch, 39, of 124 Sears Island Rd., Worcester, was summonsed to court Nov. 23 by Shrewsbury police and charged with shoplifting over $100 and shoplifting (third offense.) Judge Virzi found her guilty of the first charge, placed her on supervised probation to April 9, 2013 and ordered her to remain drug free and subjected to random screenings. He dismissed the second charge.

Thursday, April 12:

Derek P. Binns, 24, of 19 Ireta St., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 21 by State Police in Shrewsbury on charges of two counts of uttering a false prescription, two counts of obtaining a drug by fraud and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to May 23.

Eric C. Chandler, 25, of 173 Thompson Rd., Webster, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 21 by state police in Shrewsbury on charges of uttering a false prescription, obtaining a drug by fraud and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to May 23.

Jesse L. Messier, 20, of 8 Seneca St., Shrewsbury, was arrested Dec. 13 by Shrewsbury police and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $500 in court costs.

Friday, April 13:

Andrew Joslin, 20, of 2 Shrewsbury Green Drive, Apt. C, Shrewsbury, was arrested March 5 by Shrewsbury police and charged with disturbing the peace, assault and threatening to commit a crime. Judge Virzi dismissed all charges.

Dorri D. Prescott, 40, of 273 Grafton St. Apt. 2, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 8 by Shrewsbury police and charged with speeding, operating after suspension of license (second offense), two counts of shoplifting, and conspiracy. Judge Virzi found her responsible and filed the first charge, found her guilty on the second charge and sentenced her to 10 days in the House of Correction, found her guilty of one charge of shoplifting and fined her $150 and dismissed the second charge; and dismissed the final charge. She was accused of shoplifting cans of baby formula from CVS.
