
Monday, Nov. 21:
Wesley J. Wright, 28, of 76 Harriet Ave., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Shrewsbury police filed a complaint Nov. 21 which charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and equipment violation. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Dec. 21.
Andrea E. Walters of 117 Adams St., Westborough, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Shrewsbury police filed a complaint Aug. 25 which charged her with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first two charges, the second on payment of $200 court costs, and found her responsible on the third, fining her $100.

Cody C. Howe, 19, of 54 Quabog St., Brookfield, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Shrewsbury police filed a complaint Sept. 1 which charged Howe with uttering a false check, attempting to commit a crime and receiving stolen property. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first two charges. He found sufficient facts on the third charge, continued the case without a finding until Nov. 20, 2012 and ordered him to pay $50 to the victim witness fund.
Jose A. Santiago, 23, of 55 Lorne St. #1, Boston, was arrested June 2, 2008 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class D substance, subsequent offense. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charges upon payment of $400 in court costs.

Ryan A. White, 28, of 128 Gleason Ave., East Brookfield, was arrested Aug. 31 by Shrewsbury police and charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony and resisting arrest. Judge Vito Virzi found him guilty on both charges and ordered him to serve four months in the House of Correction, with credit for 83 days time served, to be served concurrently for both charges. He was also charged with possession of a class B drug, possession of burglary tools and larceny from a building. Virzi dismissed all three charges.
