Burglary Suspects Face Judge
The following cases were heard in Westborough District Court this week.

Monday Jan 30:
Melissa L. Beauregard, 31, of 431 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint issued Jan. 28 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI second offense, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to stop/yield, marked lanes violation, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Judge David Locke continued the case to March 9.
Kathleen A. Curran, 59, of 19 Hancock St., Shrewsbury, was arrested Jan. 30 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI liquor second offense, failure to stop for a police officer, failure to wear a seat belt, possession of open container of alcohol and resisting arrest. Judge David Locke continued the case to March 9.

Michael P. Liberty, 45, of 10 Stoneland Road Way, was summonsed to court on a complaint issued by Shrewsbury police and charged with leaving the scene of property damage accident and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Judge David Locke dismissed the first charge. He admitted sufficient facts on the second charge and the case was continued without a finding until Jan. 29. He was ordered to remain substance-free and to continue treatment. He was also fined $50 and ordered to pay a $65 monthly probation fee.

Heather Hamelin, 27, 236 18th St. Dracut, was arrested Jan. 31 by Shrewsbury police and charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a burglarious instrument. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Feb. 24.
Troy P. Stone, 26, 2361 8th St., Unit 16, Dracut, was arrested on Jan. 31 by Shrewsbury police for receiving stolen property, possessing a buglarious instrument. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Feb. 24.
Adrian H. Lenardson, 18, 139 Walnut St., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to Westborough District Court Jan. 6 after Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint charging Lenardson with unarmed robbery and assault and battery. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to March 2.
Tyler McLennan, 18, 4 Adin Dr., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to Westborough District Court when Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint Jan. 6, charging him with unarmed robbery and assault and battery. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to March 2.
Thursday, Feb. 2:
Brendan T. Horgan, 35, of 1047 South St., Fitchburg, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Jan. 16 and was charged with OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lane violation and leaving the scene of property damage. The case was continued until March 5.
Tyler McIennan, 18, of 4 Adin Dr., Shrewsbury, was summonsed into court after Shrewsbury police filled out a criminal complaint Jan. 6 and was charged with unarmed robbery and assault and battery. The case was continued until March 2.
Adrian H. Lenardson, 18, of 139 Walnut St., Shrewsbury, was summonsed into court after Shrewsbury police filled out a criminal complaint on Jan. 6 and was charged with unarmed robbery and assault and battery. The case was continued until March 2.
Gary Sharp, 31, of 50 Kinglet Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on June 2 and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the case if Sharp pays $200 in court costs.
Tanya M. Blair, 25, of 49 Central Tree Rd., Rutland, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Aug. 5 and charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and a marked lanes violation.
Jesse L. Messier, 20, of 8 Seneca St., Shrewsbury, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Dec. 13 and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The case was continued until April 12.
Jarrod A. Lamore, 20, of 4 Echo St., Worcester, was summonsed into court after Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint on Nov. 19 and was charged with possession of a Class B substance. The case was continued until March 22.

Friday, Feb. 3:
Hector Semidey, 23, 97 Harrison St., Apt. 1, Worcester, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Feb. 2 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and possessing to distribut a class D drug (marijuana). According to the police report, Semidey was in a van stopped on Route 20 in Shrewsbury. When police approached him, they detected a strong odor of marijuana. A search revealed 17 baggies of marijuana and $814 in cash. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to March 7.
Inez M. Cappas, 25, 84 Dorchester St., Worcester, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Feb. 2 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to March 14.
