Car, Two Sets of Tires Stolen from Shrewsbury Commons

Thursday, May 9
7:06 a.m.: An officer assisted the Shrewsbury Fire Department with a dryer fire on Arbor Drive.
7:25 a.m.: A caller reported a car crash on Boston Turnpike. At least one person was taken to a hospital for medical treatment.

8:24 a.m.: A caller from the Shrewsbury Commons apartments reported that the tires had been stolen off their vehicle.
8:34 a.m.: A car was reported stolen from the Shrewsbury Commons Apartments.

8:44 a.m.: A third caller from Shrewsbury Commons reported a larceny. The caller's tires had been stolen off their car.
2:20 p.m.: A resident of Garfield Avenue went in to the Shrewsbury Police Department to report a larceny.
4:02 p.m.: An officer assisted a turtle that was crossing Grafton Street and causing a traffic issue.
5:58 p.m.: A caller from North Quinsigamond reported a larceny.
6:11 p.m.: An officer took a report of a larceny from a residence on Boston Turnpike.
8:30 p.m.: An officer responded to a suspicious vehicle at Petco. Police filed criminal charges against four people in the vehicle and confiscated drugs from the occupants.
9:57 p.m.: Officer arrested James Martino, 46, of 7 Adams Ct., Amesbury. Charges are not clear at this time.
Friday, May 10
11:58 a.m.: A caller from Grafton Street reported that they arrived home and found that a break-in had occurred at their house. The K9 searched the area but no arrests have been made.
6:03 p.m.: A 911 caller reported that they had had an argument with a dealer at Choice Auto Center.
8:26 p.m.: An officer removed a deer from Boston Turnpike after it was hit by a car.
