DA Investigates Mother, Daughter Found Dead In Shrewsbury Home
A 49-year-old woman and her 12-year-old daughter were found dead in their home on Ladyslipper Drive in Shrewsbury.

SHREWSBURY, MA — Shrewsbury police and the Worcester County District Attorney's Office are investigating the death of a mother and daughter on Friday in their home on Ladyslipper Drive.
A 49-year-old woman and her 12-year-old daughter were found dead in their home on Ladyslipper Drive in Shrewsbury. Police said the 9-1-1 call came from inside the home and the husband and son were home during the incident. Neither were hurt or being considered as suspects, police said.
"The detectives and everyone who responded – it was a very difficult scene. Any time you have a child, deceased child and their mother, it’s very hard on everyone and there’s a surviving son and a surviving husband, father," Worcester District Attorney Joseph Early said.
