Hit and Run Driver Damages Mailboxes; Armed Robbery at Shell

Tuesday, Aug. 13

7:09 a.m.: A caller from Adams Farm Road reported that a vehicle had hit several mailboxes.

1:31 p.m.: A male was removed from a business on Memorial Drive after he was involved in a dispute.

2:43 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer returned a brown pit bull to its owner on Maple Avenue.

4:49 p.m.: A caller from South Quinsigamond reported an unwanted boat at his dock. The owner of the boat removed it.

7:48 p.m.: A 911 callers reported fire in the trees on Wheelock Street caused by a transformer. The Shrewsbury Fire Department responded.

11:43 p.m.: A 911 caller from Shell on Route 9 reported an armed robbery. Police are seeking the public’s help with any information.
