The disruption to the water distribution system is expected to be minimal during the cleaning and valve exercising process. However, residents could experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water. If you experience discolored water, please run the cold water from an outside faucet or downstairs bathtub, avoiding hot water use until it runs clear.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and cooperation. Please contact the Department of Public Works at 508-841-8502 with questions, or visit shrewsburyma.gov/watersewer for more details.
