In Court: Break-in Suspect Faces Charges

A Shrewsbury man is facing four counts of larceny in Westborough District Court.

Monday, June 18:

Bruce Davis, 36, 7 Old Saw Mill Rd., North Grafton, was summonsed to the Westborough District Court on a June 5 complaint by . He was charged with larceny over $250 and six counts of forging or uttering a forged credit card for an incident that occurred on March 16. Judge Vito Virzi scheduled a pretrial hearing for Aug. 12.

Matthew F. Tarpey, 24, of 4 Partridge Hill Rd., Shrewsbury, was arrested March 28 by Shrewsbury police and charged with four counts of larceny over $250 and four counts of felony breaking and entering a building during the day. The charges stem from several incidents in March during which Tarpey allegedly broke into homes on Oxford Drive and Old Mill Road, stole property including jewelry and pawned the items for cash. Daniel Donald, 31, of 16B Shrewsbury Green Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested June 17 by Shrewsbury police and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as HTO for an incident that occurred on June 12. Virzi scheduled a pretrial hearing for July 19.
