The following cases were heard by Judge Vito Virzi, according to the telegram.com:Â
Raymond Sardagnola, 43, of 37 Colonial Drive, Shrewsbury, charged with assault and battery, dismissed, ordered to not abuse the alleged victim.Â
Bobbijo Welsh, 43, of 361 South Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, sufficient facts found, continued without a finding for 1 year with supervised probation, must complete 90-24D program and any recommended after care, 45 days loss of license, $65 monthly probation fee, $250 head injury assessment, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI victims assessment, $50 victim-witness assessment.Â
