In Court: Shrewsbury Man Arrested on Larceny Charges

Here are the Shrewsbury cases from Westborough District Court.

Wednesday, June 27:

Chris Deleon, 23, of 64 Hollist St., Apt. 3, Framingham, was charged by Shrewsbury police on April 12 with larceny by check over $250, uttering a false check, forgery of a check and conspiracy. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case until July 12.

Brian D. Huynh, 40, of 51 Yukon Ave., Worcester, was charged by Shrewsbury police on May 16 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a name/address change. The first charge was dismissed and the second charge, he was found not responsible.

Erin E. McLaughlin, 25, of 28 Harvard Rd., Apt. B, Shirley, was charged by Shrewsbury police on April 17 with larceny over $250. Judge Virzi continued the case until Aug. 22.

Luiz Berenguel, 36, of 47 Davis St., Apt. 1, Fall River, was charged by Shrewsbury police on April 17 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. The first charge was decriminalized and Berenguel was ordered to pay $500 by Aug. 28. Berenguel was found responsible on the second charged and ordered to pay $100 by Aug. 28.

Judiean Polanco, 26, of Potters Ave., Apt. 2, Providence, RI, was charged by Shrewsbury police with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unregistered motor vehicle and an uninsured motor vehicle. The case was continued until Aug. 8.

Eilzabeth A. Champi-Poisson, 25, of 495 Oak St., Shrewsbury, was charged by Southborough police on April 6 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. The case was continued until Aug. 1.

Thursday, June 28:

Leonardo R. Dasilveira, 17, 4 Hamilton St., Apt. 1, Framingham, was summonsed to Westborough District Court on a complaint filed by the Shrewsbury police Feb. 21, charging Dasilveira with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt. Judge Calagioni dismissed the case.

James A. Fancy, 26, 90 Commonwealth Ave., Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court when Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint on May 21, charging Fancy with receiving stolen property less than $250. Judge Gardner scheduled a pre-trial hearing Aug. 17.

Ryan Federico, 19, 95 Commons Drive, Apt. 97, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint April 11 on charges of larceny over $250 and conspiracy. Judge Gardner scheduled a pre-trial hearing for Aug. 1.

Amanda Billington, 18, 95 Commons Drive, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint April 11 for larceny over $250, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Judge Gardner scheduled a pre-trial hearing for Aug. 1.

Maurice M. Lafontant, 28, 726 Main St., Apt. 2, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint Jan. 12, charging Lafontant with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Judge Calagione dismissed the charge of unlicensed operation, and he was found no responsible for the charge of speeding.
