In Court: Woman Faces 10 Drug Fraud Charges
A local woman is facing 10 counts of prescription drug fraud charges in Westborough District Court.

A Worcester woman is facing multiple counts prescription drug fraud charges after 10 reported incident at the Osco Pharmacy at .
Monique Ashley, 39, of 25 Mendon St. Apt. 3, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint by the state police unit of the District Attorney's office in connection with an incident in Shrewsbury. She was charged with nine counts of uttering a false prescription and 10 counts of obtaining a drug by fraud. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to June 28.
According to police reports, Ashley uttered a false prescription fir Adderall and obtained a class B substance by fraud from the Osco Pharmacy on 10 different dates in 2010 and 2011.

A pharmacist told police that she used the same driver's license number for all the prescriptions and video surveillance was collected as evidence for two of the incidents. Throughout the two years, the police report said she obtained 510 tablets from the store.
