The Board of Selectmen waived the payment of interest and other penalties in the event of late payment of any real estate, personal property, motor vehicle excise, boat excise, and water or sewer utility bills, giving Shrewsbury taxpayers until June 30, 2020, to make payment without incurring penalties or interest.
