Judge Continues Shrewsbury Murder Case

Monday, April 2:
Ralph Lorusso Jr. , 49, of 15 Harrison St., Worcester, was arrested March 30 by and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to May 9.
Ralph P. Perry, 22, of 181 Boston Post Rd. East, Apt. 186, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 10 by Shrewsbury police and charged with operating with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Judge Virzi dismissed both charges upon payment of $200 in court costs for each charge.

Patricia Morris, 49, of 121 South Quinsigamond, Shrewsbury, was arrested April 1 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI liquor and state highway traffic violation. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 16.
William B. Wilson, 47, of 98 Elm St., Worcester, was arrested April 2 by Shrewsbury police and charged with disturbing the peace, the charge was later decriminalized. Judge Virzi found him responsible and fined him $150.

Mark Klug, 44, of 3 Sheryl Drive, Shrewsbury, was arrested April 1 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor, having no inspection sticker and marked lanes violation. Judge Virzi continued the case to April 26.
Tonya L. Bys, 24, of 50 Lafayette St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 9 by Shrewsbury police and charged with operating with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured vehicle. Judge Virzi dismissed both charges upon payment of $100 in court costs for each charge.
Friday, April 6:
Jieming Liu, 79, of 32 Shrewsbury Green Drive, Apt. F, Shrewsbury, was charged April 5 by Shrewsbury police with murder, mayhem and assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to May 14.
