Julie Stewart, 28, 122 Linwood St., Uxbridge, was arrested on Feb. 21 by Shrewsbury police for driving with a suspended license. Judge Robert Calgione scheduled a pre-trial hearing for April 11.
Tyler McLennan, 18, 4 Adin Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested Feb. 17 by Shrewsbury police for possession of a class E drug, possession to distribute class B drug, and conspiracy to violate drug law. Judge Robert Calagione schedule at pre-trial hearing for March 2.

Wednesday, Feb. 22:
Nancy L. Manca, 55, 277 Baldwinville Rd., Templeton, was arrested Feb. 21 by Shrewsbury police for OUI (third offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, possession of an open alcohol container, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and endangerment of a child. Manca, according to police, endangered her granddaughter, who was in the vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi scheduled an arraignment for March 15.

Pamela R. Shays, 30, 687 Millbury St., Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint Sept. 27 on charges of credit fraud, receiving a stolen credit card. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the case.
, 58, 25 Westwood Rd., Shrewsbury, was arrested on Feb. 20 by Shrewsbury police for A&B with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Police responded to an address on Westwood Road on Feb. 20, and upon arrival found Eresian yelling and swearing in the middle of the road. The report also stated that the victim referenced that he and Eresian had ongoing legal problems, and that when he exited his home to walk his dog, Eresian chased and assaulted him. According to police, an off-duty officer saw Eresian yelling at the victim, chase him and pick up a recycling bin from the front lawn, hitting the victim in the back with it. The victim was also struck with several bottles and cans, and recyclables were strewn about the street upon arrival. At least one neighbor came outside, and traffic was affected due to the debris in the street. Judge Vito Virzi scheduled a pre-trial hearing March 29.
Osvaldo Nevarez-Navarro, 34, 7 Boardman St., Worcester, was arrested on Feb. 19 by Shrewsbury police for operating a motor vehicle without authority, receiving a stolen vehicle and possession of class E drugs. Judge Vito Virzi scheduled a formal arraignment for April 4.
Jeff F. Jenoure, 47, 9 Bourne St., Worcester, was arrested Feb. 21 by Shewsbury police on charges of driving with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Judge Vito Virzi scheduled a pre-trial hearing for March 29.
Thursday, Feb. 23:
Audrey A. Balser, also known as Audrey Fulginitti, 53, of 14 Purinton Ave., Worcester, was summonsed into Westborough District Court after Shrewsbury police filled out a criminal complaint on Feb. 13, 2007 and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and no inspection sticker. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the suspended registration charge if Balser paid $200 in court costs. Judge Virzi also found Balser not responsible for the inspection sticker charge.
Peter J. McBreen, 45, of 35 Gardner St., Peabody, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Sept. 2 and was charged with OUI, second offense and a marked lanes violation. McBreen was found guilty and Judge Vito Virzi placed him on probation for two years, ordered McBreen to attend a 14-day, in-patient program and ordered him to pay $350 in court fees. McBreen was found not responsible on the marked lanes violation.
Friday, Feb. 24:
Tiffany Colley, 27, 33 Wesleyan St., Shrewsbury was arrested Feb. 24 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI liquor, failure to stop for police, marked lanes violation and leaving the scene of property damage. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to April 11.
