Judges Rule on Shrewsbury Cases
This week's court log includes identity fraud and false prescriptions being passed at CVS.

Monday, Nov. 14:
Latysha Rutherford, 19, of 15 Elizabeth St. #2, Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Shrewsbury police filed a complaint Nov. 10 charging her with disorderly conduct. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the case.

Roy D. Mobley, 57, 2132 Arbor Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested Sept. 25 by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and violating an abuse prevention order. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the case without prejudice.
Yarteny Pinheiro, 21, 10 Sleepy Hollow, Apt. 3, Shrewsbury, was arrested on Oct. 9 by Shrewsbury police and charged with destruction of property, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the case.
Kristine E. Gravel, 42, 8 Tip Cart Rd., Sutton, was arrested on Nov. 15 by Shrewsbury police for uttering a false prescription (two counts). Judge Calagione continued the case to Jan. 4, 2012.
Nancy L. Kelly, 54, 29 Angela Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested Nov. 15 by Shrewsbury police for OUI, miscellaneous municipal ordinance/bylaw violation. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Jan. 6, 2012.
Erich Perfetti, 21, 21 Cedar Rd., Shrewsbury, was arrested on Oct. 9 by Shrewsbury police for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace. Judge Vito Virzi found him responsible for disorderly conduct and he was fined $150.

Jake Torres, 18, LKA 5 Wilson Circle, Newton Center, was arrested Nov. 16 by Holden police in Shrewsbury for unlicensed operation of a MV, using a MV without authority, speeding, refusing to identify himself and failure to wear a seatbelt. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Jan. 5, 2012.
Thursday, Nov. 17:
William C. Severino, 27, of 13 Morton Ave., 3rd floor, Medford, was summonsed into court by Shrewsbury police after they filled out a criminal complaint on Sept. 27 charging Severino with receiving stolen property over $250. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case until Jan. 3.
Mark D. MacNeil, 36, of 10 Middle St., Blackstone, was arrested on a warrant by Shrewsbury police and charged with larceny by check, uttering a false check, possessing a drug obtained by fraud and identity fraud. The police report said MacNeil allegedly passed another person’s check at CVS for $63.61 for items including Percocet. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case until Dec. 14.
Friday, Nov. 18:
Terence N. Bukong, 34, 58B Shrewsbury Green Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Aug. 28 and charged with assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge by request of the commonwealth, defendant and victim.
Adrian H. Lenardson, 18, 139 Walnut St., Shrewbury, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Oct. 23 and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Judge Vito Virzi found Lenardson responsible, decriminalized the charge and assessed the defendant a $150 fee.
