LCB Senior Living Announces New Marketing Director
Scott McCluskey has been selected as Sales and Marketing Director for Residence at Orchard Grove that is set to open Fall 2017.

From LCB Senior Living: LCB Senior Living, LLC (www.lcbseniorliving.com), owner and operator of The Residence at Orchard Grove (www.residenceorchardgrove.com) located at 258 Walnut Street in Shrewsbury, MA, is pleased to announce the selection of Scott McCluskey as the community’s Sales and Marketing Director.
Set to open in Fall of 2017, the Residence at Orchard Grove will include independent, assisted, and Reflections Memory Care living residences for seniors. Mr. McCluskey has more than 17 years of experience in Sales Management and Operations Management, and more than 22 years within the healthcare industry. He most recently held a position as Director of Professional Outreach with Benchmark Senior Living. Mr. McCluskey currently resides in Shrewsbury, MA, where he is involved with the community as past Town Meeting Member, member of The Shrewsbury Rotary Club and member of the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce. His interests include camping trips with his family, snowboarding, and wakeboarding. Independent Living residents at The Residence at Orchard Grove will have private apartments with a kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three nutritious meals prepared and served “Anytime Dining” style on-site, fitness center, available laundry and cleaning services, a full activities program, building and grounds maintenance, and a host of optional services. Assisted Living residents will have all of the above, along with assistance with the activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing medication reminders, and other services.
The community will also include LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities. All programming was developed in collaboration with the Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
