LCB Senior Living Welcomes New Sales and Marketing Director

From LCB Senior Living: LCB Senior Living, LLC, owner and operator of The Residence at Orchard Grove located at 258 Walnut Street in Shrewsbury, MA, is pleased to announce the selection of Cindy Gerante as the community’s Sales and Marketing Director.

Set to open in Fall 2017, the Residence at Orchard Grove will include independent, assisted, and Reflections Memory Care living for local seniors.

Ms. Gerante has had 20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare and assisted living industries. Prior to her employment with LCB, she served as Clinical Liaison with Kindred Healthcare. She currently resides in Lunenburg, MA.

Independent Living residents at The Residence at Orchard Grove will have private apartments with a kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three nutritious meals prepared and served “Anytime Dining” style on-site, fitness center, available laundry and cleaning services, a full activities program, building and grounds maintenance, and a host of optional services. Assisted Living residents will have all of the above, along with assistance with the activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, medication reminders, and other services.

The community will also include LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities. All programming was developed in collaboration with the Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
