2:39 a.m.: A caller reported a man and woman arguing in the street on Edgewood Street. A report was taken.

Beauregard, 31, of 431 Boston Tpke., Apt. 5, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct on a public conveyance, disturbing the peace, failure to drive in the right lane, failure to stop/yield, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI, second offense.
