Friday, Jan. 13:

7:13 a.m.: A caller reported a line down in front of a home on Edgewater Avenue. was notified.

10:34 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Grafton Street for a 4-year-old boy with a possible allergic reaction. He was taken to UMass.

10:52 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported a stolen credit card. A report was taken.

10:54 a.m.: A caller reported his car was broken into last night on Phillips Avenue. The caller requested frequent checks during the night.

11:18 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Trowbridge Lane for a woman with general body weakness. She was taken to UMass.

12:17 p.m.: A caller reported an open junction box on Grafton Street. responded and advised all was closed.

12:24 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with a severe bleed. She was taken to UMass.

12:50 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a dispute on Maple Avenue. Police gave advice.

1:02 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Main Street.

2:48 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Laurel Avenue for a woman with an unknown medical problem. She was taken to UMass.

4:07 p.m.: A caller reported arching wires on Oak Street. SELCO was notified.

6:08 p.m.: A break-in was reported on Main Circle. A report was taken.

9:01 p.m.: An erratic driver was reported at Boston Turnpike and Oak Street.

Saturday, Jan. 14:

9:48 a.m.: A caller reported a loose dog on South Street. The owner retrieved the dog.

10:03 a.m.: A caller reported a bag of trash was found on the west bound travel land of Boston Turnpike.

12:59 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Hill Street for a man having a seizure in his car. He was taken to UMass.

1:02 p.m.: A caller requested a police officer to remove a man from Edgemere Boulevard. The caller called back and said the man was no longer there.

1:33 p.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Maple Avenue.

2:52 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a man with general weakness. He was taken to UMass.

3:24 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with a laceration to the leg on Julio Drive. She was taken to UMass.

3:40 p.m.: A person turned in a money order that was found in a parking lot on Boston Turnpike. The money order was retrieved by a man.

4:39 p.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Francis Gardens Court.

6:21 p.m.: An erratic driver was reported on Main Street.

7:01 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.

Sunday, Jan. 15:

12:46 a.m.: A disturbance was reported on Wheelock Street. A caller reported strange sounds coming from the side of the house and heard someone running through the snow. Police checked the area and found no footprints.

7:29 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Commons Drive for a man with chest pain. He was taken to UMass.

11:07 a.m.: A caller reported a dog off the leash at Edgemere ball field. Police responded and spoke to the owner.

12:35 p.m.: A caller reported two men dumping items into a dumpster at Lake Street. Police responded and reported it was a contractor working on the site.

1:31 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Worthington Avenue for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to UMass.

4:55 p.m.: A caller reported a CO detector going off on Washington Street.

5:52 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Hartford Turnpike.

6:09 p.m.: A caller reported harassing phone calls.

7:24 p.m.: A caller reported heavy smoke coming from a lot on Boston Turnpike. Police and responded and reported that a Lovey's truck was warming up.

7:32 p.m.: A suspicious man soliciting for money was reported on Boston Turnpike. Police responded and issued a no trespass order.

8:10 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Boston Turnpike.

8:50 p.m.: Two suspicious men were reported on Boston Turnpike.

Monday, Jan. 16:

1:14 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Florence Street.

1:19 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Maple Avenue.

10:25 a.m.: Two suspicious men were reported at Dickinson Circle and Hawthorne Road.

10:30 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported at South Street near Arch Street.

11:17 a.m.: A caller reported a CO detector going off on Hunting Avenue. NStar is responding.

2:11 p.m.: A caller reported a tractor trailer pulled wires down on Melody Lane. SELCO was notified.

4 p.m.: A caller reported that they were concerned there were skaters on the pond near Edgewater Avenue. Police responded and spoke to a man who was fishing.

8:40 p.m.: A medical call was reported at Bowditch Drive for a man who was having chest pain. He was taken to UMass.

8:50 p.m.: A caller reported an odor coming from her attic on Farmington Drive. The fire department assisted.

Tuesday, Jan. 17:

10:17 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Whippoorwill Drive for a man who was unresponsive, but breathing. He was taken to St. Vincent's.

10:42 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a person with difficulty breathing. The person was taken to the hospital.

11:53 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Sherwood Avenue for an 11-year-old with a dislocated knee. He was taken to UMass.

5:17 a.m.: A dispute was reported on Balsam Circle.

5:19 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with high blood pressure. She was taken to UMass.

5:56 p.m.: An erratic driver was reported on Boston Turnpike.

6:22 p.m.: An oven fire was reported on Avalon Way. The fire department responded and extinguished the fire.

7:45 p.m.: A domestic dispute was reported on Balsam Circle.

7:55 p.m.: A past break-in was reported on Shirley Road. A report was taken.

8 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a patient with a neck injury. The patient was taken to UMass.

9:14 p.m.: An anonymous caller reported loud music on Sheridan Drive. Police responded and found nothing.

10:15 p.m.: A car fire was reported on Bay View Drive. Shrewsbury fire responded and assisted.

10:16 p.m.: David Michael McDade, 27, of 124 West Mountain St., Apt. 1, Worcester was arrested and charged on a warrant.

Tuesday, Jan. 18:

1:10 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Boston Turnpike.

1:32 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Bowditch Drive.

1:42 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Cherry Street for a man with severe back pain. He was taken to UMass.

5:08 a.m.: A caller reported oxen in the road on Centech Boulevard near Hartford Turnpike. The owner of the oxen was notified.

5:37 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Huntington Road for a woman with chest pains. She was taken to UMass.

6:23 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a man with difficulty breathing. He was taken to UMass.
