Police Log: 9-Year-Old with Flu Taken to Hospital

Sunday, Dec. 4:

4:41 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Brookdale Circle for a woman with neck and arm pain. She was taken to UMass.

6:11 a.m.: A caller reported loud music coming from a downstairs neighbor on Shrewsbury Green Drive.

6:46 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported a stolen car on Elm Street. A report was taken.

8:26 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Sinclair Road for a man with difficulty breathing. He was taken to UMass.

8:51 a.m.: A caller from Camelot Drive reported harassing phone calls. A report was taken.

10:10 a.m.: The Worcester Police Department reported a possible boat sinking at Route 9 bridge. responded and located a person at the boat ramp on North Quinsigamond Avenue and advised the boat had damage. A report was taken.

10:29 a.m.: A caller reported a raccoon wondering in their backyard on Grove Street. Police responded and advised the raccoon went back in the woods.

12:32 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Harvard Avenue for a woman not feeling well. She was taken to UMass.

2:16 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported threats. A report was taken.

2:38 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Toblin Hill Drive for a 9-year-old with flu-like symptoms. The child was taken to UMass.

3:40 p.m.: A caller reported a man in a car has been parked on Brightside Avenue for a long time. When the caller asked the man to leave, the man became verbally abusive. Police responded and a civil citation was issued.

5:52 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Eastern Point Drive for a man who was unresponsive, but not breathing. He was taken to UMass.

6:41 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Hartford Turnpike for a man having difficulty breathing. He was taken to UMass.

7:18 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Gates Road for a woman who was unresponsive, but breathing. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

Monday, Dec. 5:

3:20 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Bowditch Drive.

4:24 a.m.: Admir L. Resende, 21, of 589 North Montello St., Brockton, was arrested and charged with larceny under $250 and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
