Police Log: Break-in Suspect Arrested

The following information was supplied by the Shrewsbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, June 12:

10:52 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported check fraud. The man was referred to a police department in Connecticut.

11:35 a.m.: An owner of a business on Boston Turnpike for a past larceny. A report was taken.

11:57 a.m.: A stolen car was reported on Neptune Drive.

4:57 p.m.: Samuel J. Gattoni, 26, of 41 Sheridan Dr., Apt. 10, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

6:15 p.m.: A caller reported a group of skateboarders refusing to leave on Main Street.

7:11 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Stratton Drive for a woman with unknown injuries from a fall. She was taking to the Worcester Medical Center.

7:15 p.m.: A caller reported a possible break-in in progress on Hartford Turnpike. Karen Kotoghyan, 25, of 1300 Main St., 2nd Floor, Worcester, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering daytime for felony.

10:18 p.m.: A caller reported a woman being assaultive towards staff on Boston Turnpike and then failed to pay a bill and ran off.

10:42 p.m.: Martine M. Blanc, 44, of 44 Sagamore Rd., Worcester, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, larceny under $250, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. She was also charged on a warrant.
