Tuesday, May 5:
7:43 a.m.: A large, yellow Labrador retriever was wandering on Maple Avenue and Hutchins Street.
2:38 p.m.: A dog barking complaint was reported on Brightside Avenue.

2:51 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a woman with injuries from a fall outside a business. She was taken to UMass.
2:53 p.m.: A caller reported a man attempting to make a fraudulent purchase of a car over the phone with a stolen credit card on Boston Turnpike. A report was taken.

3:52 p.m.: A suspicious person was inside a store on Boston Turnpike purchasing syringe needles.
5:33 p.m.: A person in the lobby turned in property she found in Worcester.
6:01 p.m.: A caller reported a dispute between she and another woman in a parking lot on Shrewsbury Green Drive.
6:49 p.m.: A caller found a dog on Oak Street.
7:55 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Robertson Drive for a man with chest pain and difficulty breathing. He was taken to UMass.
10:30 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.
Wednesday, June 6:
12:39 a.m.: A caller reported a past domestic dispute on South Quinsigamond Avenue.
12:51 a.m.: Two callers reported a loud explosion at Redwood Lane and Cypress Avenue. Police responded, but found nothing.
1:38 a.m.: Harassing phone calls were reported on Grafton Street.
1:59 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Memorial Drive for a man with a hand injury. He was taken to UMass.
7:31 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to the hospital.
7:58 a.m.: A person in the lobby asked to speak to an officer regarding stolen items from his home on Boylston Circle.
8:51 a.m.: Matthew William Hamilton, 42, of 246 South Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
8:53 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Grafton Street for a man with an altered mental status. He was taken to UMass.
8:59 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman who was dizzy. She was taken to St. Vincent's.
9:03 a.m.: A bird was reported in a chimney on Empire Street.
9:49 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Janet Circle for a man with high blood sugar. He was taken to UMass.
9:59 a.m.: A caller reported a woman panhandling at Route 9 and Svenson Road.
10:25 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported an ongoing neighbor dispute on Vista Drive.
11:35 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported an identity theft on Arbor Drive. A report was taken.
12:52 p.m.: A medical call was reported on North Quinsigamond Avenue for a woman who has fallen. She was taken to UMass.
1:08 p.m.: A caller reported threats and harassing phone calls on Grove Street. A report was taken.
1:36 p.m.: A caller reported a man shooting a BB gun behind his house on David Road.
1:40 p.m.: A caller reported an identity theft on Main Street. A report was taken.
2:34 p.m.: A larceny was reported on Maple Avenue. A report was taken.
3:16 p.m.: A caller reported a bus was stuck at North Quinsigamond Avenue and Boston Turnpike. The bus was removed.
3:27 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Guinevere Circle. Neighbors reported it was a house cleaner.
3:54 p.m.: Jessica L. Jordan, 31, of no known address, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, possession of a Class A substance with the intent to distribute and possession of a Class A substance.
Bruce A. Bell, Jr., 38, of no known address, was arrested and charged with knowing present where heroin kept.
4 p.m.: A caller reported an erratic driver on Route 9 near Svenson Road.
5:40 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Gage Lane for a woman with low blood sugar. She was taken to UMass.
4:41 p.m.: A caller reported the lights at Maple Avenue and Route 9 were blinking. The state highway department was notified.
5:50 p.m.: Karen E. Harris, 53, of 268 North Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury was arrested on a warrant and charged with OUI probation.
5:56 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious car on Route 70.
6:04 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported in a driveway on Cobblestone Way.
6:44 p.m.: A person in the lobby turned in found property. A report was taken.
8:25 p.m.: A caller reported a barge from a construction company was floating freely on Lake Quinsigamond. Police responded and both barges were tethered.
9:15 p.m.: A caller reported a woman yelling for help on Shrewsbury Green Drive. Police responded and said it was a verbal disagreement over house rules.
9:29 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Melvin Avenue for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.
Thursday, June 7:
1:07 a.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Boston Turnpike.
2:49 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Boylston Street for a man with chest pains. He was taken to UMass.
2:55 a.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Main and Grafton streets.
