Friday, Jan. 6:

8:02 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported vandalism to their car on South Quinsigamond Avenue.

8:37 a.m.: A person in the lobby requested to speak to a police officer regarding harassing phone calls. gave the person advice.

9:25 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Commons Drive for a man with chest pain. He was taken to UMass.

9:36 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Brookway Drive for a woman who was dehydrated and had general weakness. She was taken to UMass.

9:45 a.m.: A person in the lobby asked questions regarding a youth in their neighborhood near Clear View Road with a bow and arrow. Police gave advice.

11:08 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.

12:40 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported an identity theft.

1:33 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Marietta Avenue for a man with complications from Crohn's disease. He was taken to UMass.

2:58 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported an identity theft. A report was taken.

3:03 p.m.: A caller reported an electrical fire in their house on Main Street. assisted.

3:20 p.m.: A suspicious man was reported panhandling on Boston Turnpike.

4:31 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man with injuries from a past fall. He was taken to the hospital.

4:33 p.m.: Police responded to Edgewater Avenue for a report of smoke coming from a house. The officer reported all appeared fine.

4:40 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on South Quinsigamond Avenue.

4:55 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with chronic back pain. She was taken to UMass.

6:02 p.m.: A caller from a business on Boston Turnpike reported a customer left without paying his bill.

8:50 p.m.: An erratic driver was reported on Boston Turnpike. Westborough police were notified.

9 p.m.: Daniel Padraic Mahoney, 19, of 35 Morrill Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested on a warrant.

Saturday, Jan. 7:

12:22 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Maple Avenue. Police advised the driver had car trouble.

1:09 a.m.: A suspicious woman was reported walking on Boston Turnpike.

6:34 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Greenwood Avenue for a woman having an asthma attack. She was taken to Worcester Medical City.

7:58 a.m.: A caller reported two loose black Labrador retrievers running around a parking lot on Boston Turnpike.

9:27 a.m.: Jasen E. Borowski, 28, of 6 Sterns St., Apt. 2, Worcester, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended (civil).

10:14 a.m.: A caller reported bad checks were passed by a customer at a business on Hartford Turnpike.

11:36 a.m.: Several callers reported a black Labrador retriever running around a parking lot on Boston Turnpike. The contacted the owner and the dogs were in the owner's possession.

11:37 a.m.: Several callers reported a pit bull running loose on Westmont Road. The animal control officer responded and advised the dog was secure with the owner when she arrived.

11:49 a.m.: A suspicious van was reported on Main Street.

12:15 p.m.: A dispute was reported on Kendra Circle.

12:47 p.m.: Police responded to Memorial Drive for an illegal dumping report. Police said waste oil was being stored near a car carrier drop lot. The police contacted the owner of the property.

3:01 p.m.: A caller wants to turn in pills she found in her son's room. Police advised.

5:29 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Summer Street for a 15-month-old with a rash all over her body. She was taken to UMass.

6:09 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Commons Drive for a woman feeling dizzy. She was taken to UMass.

6:51 p.m.: A caller reported a dispute over child custody on Shrewsbury Green Drive.

9:13 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Howe Avenue for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.

10:32 p.m.: Karen E. Harris, 53, of 268 North Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon over 65.

10:57 p.m.: A domestic dispute was reported on Sheridan Drive.
