Police Log: Elevator Emergency Reported at Shrewsbury High School

Monday, March 26:
9:09 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Spring Circle for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to UMass.
9:44 a.m.: A person in the lobby turned in two 22 rifles and ammunition.

11:23 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Heathside Circle. responded and advised it was a contractor working in the area.
11:57 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a man not feeling well. He was taken to UMass.

12:31 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a neighbor dispute over property on Lake Street. Police advised it is a civil matter.
2:31 p.m.: A medical call was reported for a 5-year-old boy with a nose bleed. He was taken to St. Vincent's.
2:54 p.m.: A caller reported a dispute between her and a business owner. Police responded and spoke to the people involved. A report was taken.
3:16 p.m.: A neighbor reported an odor of smoke coming from a yard on Maple Circle. responded.
4 p.m.: A caller reported a strong odor of marijuana inside her apartment on Arbor Drive. Police responded and spoke to management. The police were unable to make contact with the suspects in a neighboring apartment.
4:04 p.m.: A pre-recorded message for an elevator emergency was sent to the police from the Shrewsbury High School. Police and the fire department responded and both elevators were empty with no problems.
4:09 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported an attempted phone scam. A report was taken.
6:10 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Tennis Drive from a woman with injuries from falling off a treadmill. She was taken to UMass.
6:58 p.m.: A caller reported a vehicle broken into on Boston Turnpike. A report was taken.
7:55 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious phone call. Police gave advice.
8:01 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Francis Gardens Court for a woman with leg pain and slight difficulty breathing. She was taken to UMass.
11:10 p.m.: A caller requested police to remove two men from a room on Boston Turnpike. Police responded and the responding person denied there was a problem.
Tuesday, March 27:
1:26 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Hartford Turnpike.
1:39 a.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Boston Turnpike.
