Tuesday, July 3:

7:28 a.m.: A caller reported a past break-in on Blackstone Street. A report was taken.

10:46 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Francis Gardens Court for a man unable to urinate. He was taken to UMass.

10:58 a.m.: A caller reported a break-in to their car on Fairlawn Circle. A report was taken.

12:25 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Lake Street for a man with low blodd pressure. He was taken toUMass.

2:33 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Guinevere Circle for a person with a reaction to a bee sting. The person was taken to St. Vincent's.

4:42 p.m.: A medical call was reported on North Quinsigamond Avenue for a woman with an altered mental status. She was taken to UMass.

5:31 p.m.: responded to Old Brook Road and South Street for two lost dogs. The dogs were returned to the owner.

5:32 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man with a head injury from a fall. He was taken to UMass.

5:33 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Hillside Drive for a sick skunk. The skunk was terminated.

5:52 p.m.: Paul J. Piccinin, 42, of 85 Maple St., Bellingham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, intimidating a witness and failure to stop for police.

6:39 p.m.: A caller reported two kids soliciting for money on Grafton Street.

8:19 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Old Mill Road for a woman with numbness in the legs. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

9:21 p.m.: A caller reported someone lighting fireworks off on Monadnock Drive.

9:29 p.m.: A caller advised fireworks were being set off on Boston Turnpike between stores in a parking lot.

9:31 p.m.: A caller reported she came home to find her computer gone on North Quinsigamond Avenue. A report was taken.

11:41 p.m.: A caller reported multiple youths consuming alcohol on Boston Drive.

11:48 p.m.: A caller reported fireworks being shot off on South Quinsigamond Avenue.

Wednesday, July 4:

12:11 a.m.: A caller reported someone having a party and being load on Tip Pond Road.

2:08 a.m.: A caller reported a car horn sounding on Vega Drive.

9:32 a.m.: A caller reported a larceny from Howe Avenue. A report was taken.

11:07 a.m.: A small structure fire was reported on Water Street.

11:10 a.m.: A caller reported several items taken from his car on Canna Drive. A report was taken.

11:32 a.m.: A caller reported a lost, black Droid phone on Greenleaf Farm Circle.

2:11 p.m.: A caller reported a domestic dispute on Main Street.

2:12 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boylston Street for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

2:42 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Tory Lane for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

2:51 p.m.: A caller reported two men fighting on Boston Turnpike.

3:40 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a man who fainted. He was taken to UMass.

3:51 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman who was confused and lethargic. She was taken to UMass.

4:21 p.m.: A police officer responded to Lake Quinsigamond for a man in the water causing a disturbance.

6:04 p.m.: A grill fire was reported on a rear deck on Robertson Drive. The fire department responded.

8:47 p.m.: A caller reported fireworks going off on Woodway Drive.

9:02 p.m.: A caller reported fireworks and debris going off on Boylston Street.

9:08 p.m.: A caller reported loud fireworks on Main Circle near Main Street.

9:17 p.m.: A caller reported loud fireworks on North Quinsigamond Avenue.

9:22 p.m.: A caller reported a door was shut upstairs in an apartment on South Quinsigamond Avenue where no one should be home.

9:38 p.m.: A caller reported fireworks in the area of Manor Road.

9:51 p.m.: A caller reported that fireworks scared her dogs on Country Way.

Thursday, July 5:

12:42 a.m.: James P. Wilson, 47, of 19 Worcester Rd., Apt. 1, Charlton, was arrested and charged on a warrant.

Richard Rapazzo, 23, of 53 Fairway Dr., Merrimack NH, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, posssession of a Class A substance and giving a false name to police.

1:26 a.m.: A caller reported a domestic dispute on EK Court.

3:14 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Hillando Drive for a 16-year-old girl with a high fever and dizziness. She was taken to UMass.

4:17 a.m.: A group of youths were removed from Grafton Street and Boston Turnpike.
