Police Log: Forged Prescription; Kidnapping; Assault and Battery

July 23, 10:01 a.m.: Francis A. Taylor, 48, of 166 Wings Neck, Pocasset, was arrested on Boston Turnpike on a court warrant and charged with a forged prescription.

July 23, 10:22 a.m.: Richard Peltier, 48, of 166 Wings Neck, Pocasset, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; and without a valid inspection sticker.

July 23, 3:46 p.m.: Elizabeth M. Gleason, 26, of 170 Ingleside Ave., Apt. 3, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

July 24, 1:01 a.m.: Jason Wilfred Metivier, 27, of 525 Hartford Turnpike, Apt. 3, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery; two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; kidnapping; witness initimidation; false report of a stolen vehicle; and possession of Class E substance.

July 25, 2 p.m.: Stephan Trevor Norton, 30, of 7 Stone Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested on Oak Street and charged with defacing or damaging property; breaking and entering in the daytime for felony and larceny over $250.
