Tuesday, Nov. 29:

8:27 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man unable to stand. He was taken to Memorial.

9:24 a.m.: Mark Damien, 31, of 19 Cross St., Apt. 1L, South Grafton, was arrested and charged with defacing property and disorderly conduct.

10:18 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a woman with a laceration to the head from a fall. She was taken to UMass.

12:02 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man with difficulty breathing. He was taken to Memorial.

3:41 p.m.: A caller reported two teenagers fighting on Oak Street. responded and spoke to everyone involved.

4:58 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Willow Street.

5:35 p.m.: A caller reported an attempted break-in on Hartford Turnpike. Police responded and advised a window was broken in back, but no entry was gained. A report was taken.

5:50 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a lost passport. A report was taken.

8:22 p.m.: A medical call was reported on North Quinsigamond Avenue for a woman with left arm pain. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

9:09 p.m.: A caller from Worthington Avenue reported hearing gunshots in the area. Police responded and found nothing.

9:26 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Lakeside Drive for a woman with a possible drug overdose. She was taken to UMass.

9:31 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Bruce Avenue for a man with severe back pain. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

10:40 p.m.: A caller reported an erratic driver on Route 20. Police responded, but the driver was gone upon arrival.

11:13 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Bowditch Drive for a man with a severe cut on his finger. He was taken to UMass.

11:24 p.m.: A caller in the lobby reported a missing person, but decline to make a missing person report. Police gave her advice.

Wednesday, Nov. 30:

5:58 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Boston Turnpike.

6:12 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Boston Turnpike.

6:34 a.m.: A caller reported a hydrant at Maple Avenue and Beach Road was spilling water onto the street. The was notified.

6:42 a.m.: A caller reported a verbal dispute on Walnut Street.

7:44 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Flagg Road for a woman with swelling in her left leg. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

7:49 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a man with a hip injury from a fall. He was taken to UMass.

9:44 a.m.: Albert Antilio Amoah, 43, of 35 Yorkshire Terrace, Apt. 5, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (civil).

10:43 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Boxford Drive for a man with unstable blood pressure and difficulty breathing. He was taken to UMass.

11:13 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Birch Brush Road.

1:47 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Plainfield Avenue for a man with chest pain. He was taken to UMass.

3:04 p.m.: A woman in the lobby reported a domestic dispute. A report was taken.

4:38 p.m.: A caller reported a past break-in on Edgewater Avenue at her home. A report was taken.

7:35 p.m.: A caller reported a dispute with her mother. A report was taken.

10:08 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Brookdale Circle for a woman with pain radiating down her left arm. She was taken to UMass.

10:38 p.m.: A caller reported an erratic driver on Boston Turnpike.

Thursday, Dec. 1:

1:11 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Clinton Street.

1:39 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Main Street.

2:57 a.m.: A caller reported their CO detector was going off on Orchard Meadow Drive. The responded.
