Police Log: House Shakes on Silver Gate Circle

Tuesday, Feb. 28:

7:32 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Beverly Hill Drive for a woman who may be in labor. She was taken to UMass.

9:12 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported a Craig's List scam. spoke to the person and advised them of the appropriate procedure.

9:42 a.m.: A caller reported a two-car crash at Route 9 and Oak Street. One person was taken to UMass. A report was taken.

10:13 a.m.: A caller reported a past break-in on Manor Road. A report was taken.

11:10 a.m.: A medical call was reported on North Quinsigamond Avenue for a man who was dehydrated. He was taken to St. Vincent's.

11:39 a.m.: The responded to Prospect Park and spoke to three people regarding dogs off their leash. Two people will receive citations.

12:13 p.m.: A caller reported a larceny by a contractor on Camelot Drive. A report was taken.

1:05 p.m.: An employee from a business on Julio Drive requested to speak to an officer regarding a problem with an employee.

2:18 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Benton Street for a loose dog.

2:25 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported harassing phone calls. A report was taken.

3 p.m.: A caller reported their car keys were stolen. A report was taken.

4:24 p.m.: An erratic driver was reported on Boston Turnpike. Police responded, but the driver was gone.

4:37 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a 14-year-old boy for a broken arm. He was taken to UMass.

4:44 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a fox that didn't seem well on Maple Avenue. The animal control officer responded and advised she scared it away.

5:45 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Edgewater Avenue for a loose dog. The animal control officer was notified.

5:47 p.m.: A caller reported her dog was bitten by a neighborhood dog on Chartwell Circle. The dog was injured and was taken to the vet. The animal control officer was notified.

5:55 p.m.: A caller reported a stray cat on Boston Turnpike. The caller said the cat kept scratching him. The animal control officer was notified.

9:37 p.m.: A caller reported his wallet was lost while he was a student teacher at . A few hours later, a person turned in the wallet to the station. Police returned it to the owner.

10:19 p.m.: A caller reported his house on Silver Gate Circle just shook, some of the power went out and fears someone may be inside. Police responded and advised it is all secure, but it may have been a power surge.

Wednesday, Feb. 29:

1:15 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported in a parking lot on Boston Turnpike.

1:49 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Jordan Pond.
