Friday, May 4:

7:44 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Robin Road for a man who was light-headed and had chest pains. He was taken to UMass.

8:59 a.m.: A caller reported a break-in to a shed and gated area at a business on Boston Turnpike. A report was taken.

9:31 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Hickory Drive for a man who was dehydrated. He was taken to UMass.

11:34 a.m.: A medical call was reported for a man possibly having a stroke on Canna Drive. He was taken to St. Vincent's.

3:21 p.m.: A caller reported a loose beagle at Lake and Grove streets. The caller said they would take the beagle home until the owner calls.

3:37 p.m.: A caller reported suspicious activity on Boylston Circle. The caller reported people were in and out of a tent on the property. .

3:47 p.m.: A medical call was reported for a woman with abdominal pain on North Quinsigamond Avenue. She was taken to UMass.

4:33 p.m.: A caller reported their car was vandalized on Avalon Way. A report was taken.

5:38 p.m.: A caller reported a house alarm sounding on Guinevere Circle.

5:56 p.m.: A caller reported a white Labrador retriever at Route 140 and Lake Street.

6:21 p.m.: A caller reported a yellow Labrador retriever on Redland Street.

6:34 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported harassing phone calls.

7:17 p.m.: A caller reported a loose white terrier on Holman Street.

7:36 p.m.: Oscar Perez, 27, of 115 Mayberry, Worcester, was arrested and charged on a warrant for possession of a Class B substance with the intent to distribute, possession of a Class B substance and armed assault with the intent to murder.

8:01 p.m.: Marcos Parrilla, 36, of 12 Ellis Dr., Worcester, was arrested and charged with possession of ammunition without FID card, carrying a firearm without a license, two counts of removing a motor vehicle VIN number, two counts of receiving stolen property over $250 and two counts of possessing a large capacity of a firearm or magazine.

8:06 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Arbor Drive for a woman vomiting blood. She was taken to UMass.

8:12 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a woman with a seizure. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

8:43 p.m.: A caller reported youths were throwing eggs on Yorkshire Terrace.

8:48 p.m.: A group of youths were reportedly being loud at Prospect Street and Broushane Circle. Police advised they would check on it later as no police were available.

11:08 p.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Elizabeth Street.

11:46 p.m.: A suspicious man was walking at Gage Lane and Main Street.

7:26 a.m.: An erratic driver was reported on Route 20.

1:08 p.m.: A medical call was reported on I-290 for a youth with abdominal pain. The youth was taken to UMass.

1:25 p.m.: A caller reported a neighbor's kids are bouncing lacrosse balls off cars on Vista Drive. A log entry was made for the ongoing dispute.

1:28 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a man with injuries from a fall. He was taken to UMass.

1:57 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Ferncroft Road for a 2-year-old boy with injuries from a fall. He was taken to UMass.

2:03 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported an ongoing dispute with a neighbor on Vista Drive. A report was taken.

3:40 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Holden Street for a man with difficulty breathing. He was taken to St. Vincent's.

5:05 p.m.: A caller reported an argument between him and his son over a dog on Main Street. Police gave advice.

5:52 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Cortland Grove Drive for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.

6:20 p.m.: A caller reported harassing phone calls on Boston Turnpike.

6:21 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a woman having a seizure. She was taken to UMass.

6:56 p.m.: A caller reported a driver at Route 9 and South Street looks too young to drive.

6:56 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man who was choking. He was taken to UMass.

9:26 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Colonial Way for a woman having a seizure. She was taken to UMass.

9:53 p.m.: A medical call was reported on South Quinsigamond Avenue for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.

9:59 p.m.: A caller reported a group of youths being loud at the end of the road on Harvest Road. Police responded and told the youths to quiet down for the night.

11:30 p.m.: A caller reported a loud party on Shirley Road with fireworks.

Sunday, May 6:

2:08 a.m.: A caller reported a disturbance on Boston Turnpike.

4:25 a.m.: Jose M. Riviera, 30, of 35 Benefit St., Apt. 2, Worcester, was arrested and charged with a one-way street violation, a marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, OUI liquor, second offense, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, drinking alcohol from an open container and possession of a Class B substance.

5:24 a.m.: Miguel Flores, 36, of 1118 Remington St., Chester, PA, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B substance and drinking alcohol from an open container.

9:35 a.m.: A loose black Labrador retriever was reported on Main Street.

11:43 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Jacobson Drive for a man with chest pains. He was taken to St. Vincent's.

1:47 p.m.: Karen E. Harris, 53, of 268 North Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.

2:21 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Grafton Street for a woman with general weakness. She was taken to UMass.

4:58 p.m.: A person in the lobby to report a theft of lawn ornaments on Walnut Street.

5:35 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Old Mill Road for a woman with high blood pressure. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

6:34 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.

8:14 p.m.: Timothy ONeal Simms, 45, of 121 South Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged on a warrant for receiving a stolen credit card, receiving stolen property and use of a motor vehicle without authority.

8:24 p.m.: A caller reported a possible Craig's List realty scam on Shady Lane Avenue.
