Monday, Dec. 12:
7:02 a.m.: A car was reported stolen from Holden Street. A report was taken.
8:44 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to Memorial.

8:47 a.m.: A suspicious van was reported on School Street.
8:53 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Caroline Avenue for a woman feeling weak. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

9:01 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Harrington Farms for a woman not feeling well. She was taken to Memorial.
9:55 a.m.: A person in the lobby found a license plate.
10:12 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a man with a laceration to the hand. He was taken to UMass.
10:55 a.m.: A caller reported a larceny by check. A report was taken.
11:14 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Hartford Turnpike for a woman with abdominal pain. She was taken to UMass.

12:54 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a man with a possible stroke. He was taken to the hospital.
1:30 p.m.: Jesse Lee Messier, 20, of 52 Phillips Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and on a warrant.
2:23 p.m.: A caller reported a shoplifting incident on Boston Turnpike.
5:25 p.m.: A suspicious incident involving a juvenile was reported on North Street.
5:36 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man who was unresponsive. He was taken to St. Vincent's.
7:32 p.m.: A caller reported an ongoing dispute between his mother and a neighbor on Hapgood Way. spoke to those involved.
8:43 p.m.: A medical call was reported on South Quinsigamond Avenue for a woman who fell and hit her head. She was taken to UMass.
