Police Log: Man Arrested for Receiving Payment for Sexual Conduct

Thursday, Dec. 1:

8:14 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported a stolen phone from Shrewsbury Green Drive. A form was completed.

8:21 a.m.: The animal control officer responded to Holden Street for a loose black labrador retriever. The dog was gone when the officer arrived.

9:31 a.m.: A personin the lobby reported a stolen GPS from Harrington Avenue. A report was taken.

9:54 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Fyrbeck Avenue for a woman with pain from a past fall. She was taken to UMass.

10:06 a.m.: A caller reported an item missing from her home on Francis Gardens Court. A report was taken.

10:41 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Francis Avenue for a woman who was unresponsive, but breathing. She was taken to UMass.

12:08 p.m.: A caller reported a piece of metal in the middle of the road near Main Street and Colton Lane. The was notified.

12:23 p.m.: A caller asked to speak to a police officer regarding a property dispute on Harrington Avenue. Police advised it was a civil matter.

1:23 p.m.: A person in the lobby asked to speak to an officer about harassing phone calls and a possible scam. A report was taken.

1:28 p.m.: A caller reported a lost wallet at a business on Boston Turnpike.

2:11 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported vandalism to her car on Shrewsbury Green Drive. A report was taken.

2:14 p.m.: Richard F. Smith, 57, of 29 1/2 Granite St., Webster, was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

3:23 p.m.: Luis A. Baez, 34, of 481 Moody St., Lowell, was arrested on a default warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding and failure to stop for police.

4 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a woman with an allergic reaction and difficulty breathing. She was taken to UMass.

5 p.m.: A caller reported he located a passport he previously reported missing.

5:02 p.m.: Andrew Stephen Dow, 41, of 9 Eliot Rd., Northborough, was arrested on a default warrant and was charged with a marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended (civil).

7:17 p.m.: Mary Ann Belanger, 19, of 6 Cross St., Westborough, was arrested with assault and battery.

9:04 p.m.: A caller reported a dead owl in the road on Memorial Drive.

11:47 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious car on Stone Meadow Farm Drive.

Friday, Dec. 2:

1:56 a.m.: Shadrac Alexandre, 25, of 10233 Arbor Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehiclel with a license suspended, subsequent offense and an unregistered motor vehicle.

2:54 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Boston Turnpike.
