Police Log: Pool Damaged by Pitch Fork

Monday, May 14:

7:50 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a person having chest pain. The person was taken to St. Vincent's.

9:56 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported receiving harassing text messages on Shrewsbury Green Drive. Police responded and advised the person of the proper procedure to follow.

10:07 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Oak Street for a woman with a question of a stroke. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

10:25 a.m.: A caller requested a police officer to retrieve old 22's. Police responded and the items were taken into evidence.

10:46 a.m.: The picked up a male golden Labrador retriever that was running loose at Rucliff and Oak streets.

11:32 a.m.: The animal control officer was advised a dog was barking out a window on Browning Road.

1:04 p.m.: A caller reported a man was very confused on Park Grove Lane. Police responded and advised the man was out for a walk.

1:24 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a woman not feeling well. She was taken to UMass.

2:47 pm.: A caller reported a possible water pipe was broken on North Quinsgiamond Avenue. .

3:26 p.m.: A caller reported damage to her pool with a pitch fork. A report was taken.

3:41 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Stoney Hill Road.

4:58 p.m.: A caller reported a truck traveling east on Route 20, losing materials out of rear of the truck.

5:46 p.m.: A caller reported arching wires on Colonial Drive. and responded.

6:50 p.m.: A caller reported a past break-in on Bluegrass Lane. A report was taken.

10:39 p.m.: Lingaiah Anuga, 37, of 300 Boylston St., Apt. 2, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Tuesday, May 15:

2:13 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Main Street.
