Police Log: Skunks Cause Traffic Delay

Wednesday, June 20:

8:08 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported a road rage incident on Municipal Drive.

9:44 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a man who had a leg injury from a fall from a ladder. He was taken to UMass.

9:58 a.m.: A caller requested the removal of a man at the redemption center on Route 9. .

11:36 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Birch Lane for a man with a possible broken leg. He was taken to UMass.

1:04 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Maple Avenue for a man who fell from a ladder. He was taken to UMass.

2:02 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Melody Lane for a woman with light-headedness. She was taken to UMass.

2:11 p.m.: A caller reported two suspicious people on Westmont Road. Police responded and advised they people were part of a company dealing with Asian Long-horned beetles.

2:39 p.m.: A caller reported two baby skunks causing a traffic issue. Police responded and cleared the skunks from the road at Main and Summer streets.

3:37 p.m.: A caller found a blue tote containing bio-hazards in a parking lot on Route 9.

4:29 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Lake Way for a woman with a GI bleed. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

4:54 p.m.: A caller reported a past vandalism at Spring and High streets.

4:58 p.m.: A caller reported someone throwing glass bottles over her fence from the woods and into her pool area on Blackthorn Road.

4:59 p.m.: A caller reported a large rottweiler preventing mail from being delivered on Neptune Drive. The animal control officer was notified.

6:43 p.m.: A caller reported a harassment on Rawson Place.

7:26 p.m.: A caller reported a phone charger and some change taken from a car on Boston Turnpike.

7:49 p.m.: Sean Patrick Wogan, 18, of 352 Grafton St., Shrewsbury, was arrested on a warrant.

7:59 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Berkshire Road for a man who was unconscious, but breathing. He was taken to UMass.

8:11 p.m.: A caller reported a found wallet.

8:40 p.m.: A caller reported kids skateboarding on a property on Boston Turnpike.

9:30 p.m.: A caller reported a moving truck backed up to the door on Julio Drive.

10:05 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious car on Maple Avenue.

10:09 p.m.: A caller reported youths picking up trash that they dropped at North Quinsigamond and Miles avenues.

10:26 p.m.: A caller reported youths skateboarding in the middle of the street on Grafton Circle.

Thursday, June 21:

1:22 a.m.: A suspicious person was reported on Boston Turnpike.

6:27 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man with injuries from a fall. He was taken to St. Vincent's.
