Sunday, Nov. 20:

12:54 a.m.: Michael Olivencia, 21, of 1137 Grafton St., Apt. 2R, Worcester, was arrested and charged on a warrant for breaking and entering misdemeanor, shoplifting by asportation and armed robbery.

2:03 a.m.: A caller lost her white, black and brown rat terrier on Hill Street.

2:44 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Grove Street.

8:37 a.m.: A caller reported an inflatable decoration was stolen from Arbor Drive. A report was taken.

8:38 a.m.: A caller reported threats being made to his son on Yorkshire Terrace. A report was taken.

10:05 a.m.: A caller reported a town-law violation on Holman Heights.

11:17 a.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Maple Avenue.

11:39 a.m.: A caller reported seeing drug paraphernalia on Monroe Street.

12:42 p.m.: A person in the lobby turned in a wallet found on Boston Turnpike.

1:07 p.m.: A missing person and stolen motor vehicle was reported on Worthington Avenue.

1:11 p.m.: A person in the lobby turned in a set of keys and a handicap placard found in her mailbox on Bumblebee Circle.

1:49 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Sam Allen Circle for a man seizing. He was taken to UMass.

2:24 p.m.: A caller reported finding a large sum of money on Country Way. A report was taken.

2:34 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Holden Street for a woman with a concussion. She was taken to UMass.

3:46 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Holden Street for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to UMass.

4:50 p.m.: A multi-car crash was reported at Boston Turnpike and South Street. Three were taken to UMass. A report was taken.

6:44 p.m.: A caller reported a customer left without paying on Boston Turnpike.

6:49 p.m.: A house break-in was reported on Lakeside Drive. A report was taken.

10:05 p.m.: A suspicious man was reported hanging out at a shed on Boston Turnpike.

Monday, Nov. 21:

1:30 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Lebeaux Drive for a man having chest pains. He was taken to UMass.

3:22 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Holman Street.

6:42 a.m.: A caller reported the rear window of his car was smashed on Cook Street. A report was taken.

6:59 a.m.: The was notified after a neighbor reported dogs barking on Forest Hill Drive.

7:05 a.m.: A wallet was found and turned into the police.

7:54 a.m.: A suspicious man was reported at Route 9 and Maple Avenue.

8:36 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Walnut Street for a man not feeling well. He was taken to UMass.

9:43 a.m.: A caller reported a larceny of a prescription on Grafton Street. A report was taken.

9:52 a.m.: A caller reported his mother missing from Park Grove Lane. She was later located on Birch Brush. A report was taken.

11:19 a.m.: A caller reported her purse was taken from a carriage at a business on Boston Turnpike. The caller said her purse was returned with all her property found.

11:25 a.m.: A caller reported finding four hypodermic needles in his yard on Plainfield Avenue.

11:58 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Lake Street for a woman with a past head injury. She was taken to UMass.

12:07 p.m.: A caller reported a stolen handicap plaque from her car on Worthington Avenue. A report was taken.

1:52 p.m.: Sean Patrick Wogan, 18, of 352 Grafton St., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with trespass, destruction of property over $250, breaking and entering daytime for felony and receiving stolen property over $250. Wogan was arrested on Grafton Street after a caller reported a suspicious man was carrying a large, flat screen television on the road heading toward the town center.

3:41 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Maple Avenue for four loose dogs.

6:29 p.m.: A caller reported a man outside Worthington Avenue shooting BBs at his house. A window was broken.  A report was taken.

9:13 p.m.: A larceny was reported on Boston Turnpike of three people not able to pay their bill.

9:21 p.m.: A caller reported a verbal dispute on Rucliff Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 22:

1:22 a.m.: A caller reported suspicious men were running from the property on Worthington Avenue into the woods.

6:57 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman injured from a previous fall. She was taken to Memorial.

7:28 a.m.: A two-car crash was reported on Boston Turnpike. One was taken to St. Vincent's. A report was taken.

7:32 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Lexington Road for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

10:34 a.m.: The animal control officer removed a dead deer from Prospect Street.

11:45 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported a larceny on Main Street. A report was taken.

12:57 p.m.: A caller reported her side mirror was broken on North Quinsigamond Avenue. A report was taken.

1:21 p.m.: An assistant principal at requested a police officer for a 12-year-old causing a disturbance at school. Police advised the grandfather would pick up the child.

3:18 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Browning Road for a dog bite.

3:59 p.m.: A caller reported her landlord shut off her water without notice on Crescent Street.

5:26 p.m.: Matthew David Manzello, 28, of 47 Edgewater Ave., Apt. 2, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property under $250 and uttering a false prescription.

5:42 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to the Worcester Medical Center.

6:47 p.m.: A caller reported three men were attempting to break-into a house on Grace Avenue. The caller had a strong, foreign accent. The caller's son said the men threw rocks at the house, they didn't attempt to break-in. A report was taken.

8:17 p.m.: An identity theft was reported on Oak Street.

8:21 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Boston Turnpike.

8:35 p.m.: Harassing phone calls were reported on Boylston Circle. A report was taken.

9:07 p.m.: A caller reported a dispute between a clerk and guests on Boston Turnpike.

11:20 p.m.: A caller reported a stolen cell phone from Boston Turnpike.

Wednesday, Nov. 23:

12:06 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Sherwood Avenue.

12:22 a.m.: A medical call was reported on South Quinsigamond Avenue for a woman with chest pains. She was taken to UMass.

1:50 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Holden Street.

1:53 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on North Quinsigamond Avenue.

4:52 a.m.: Michael J. Argento, 46, of 11 Upland Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested on a warrant.
