Early Investigation Finds No Wrongdoing at Ski Ward
The state Department of Public Safety is still investigating the fatal accident of a skier.
The state Department of Public Safety visited last week after an accident resulted in the death of a skier.
"Preliminarily, we have not seen a problem," said Terrel Harris, spokesman for the state Department of Public Safety. "But the investigation is not concluded and we will have a full report in the future."
On Jan. 4, John "Jack" Street, 18, of Upton, after possibly having a seizure, according to . He was taken to UMass, where he later died.

Street was skiing with other classmates from and Newton High School at the time of the accident.
The Worcester District Attorney's Office and the state Department of Public Safety are investigating the accident.
