Rockland Trust Opens Shrewsbury Branch in Lakeway Commons

SHREWSBURY, MA — The Rockland Trust Bank opened its first retail branch in Shrewsbury this week in the Lakeway Commons at 193 Boston Turnpike off of Route 9.
The Shrewsbury branch is the bank’s sixth retail branch location in Worcester County. Rockland Trust’s newest branch features a 24-hour ATM with live teller services.

In keeping with the organization’s commitment to strengthening the communities it serves, the Rockland Trust Charitable Foundation provided a $5,000 donation to both the Worcester County Food Bank and Shrewsbury Youth & Family Services.
The branch at 193 Boston Turnpike also offers safe deposit boxes, foreign currency and exchange, a dedicated business banking officer, and an investment management financial consultant. Beyond in-person banking, Rockland Trust offers free online banking with bill pay, free mobile banking with mobile check deposit, instant issue debit cards, and online account opening that takes five minutes or less.
