
Monday, Dec. 12:
Juli R. Peterson, 23, of 17 Millbrook St., Worcester, was summonsed into court Dec. 9 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with state highway traffic violation, having no license in possession, possession of class B drug and possession of class D drug. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to Jan. 27.
Russell J. Gallant, 46, of 2 Kennedy Lane, Apt. 45, Milford, was arrested Dec. 12 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to Jan. 19.
Robert A. Clark Jr., 33, of 10 Hacker St., Worcester, was summonsed into court Dec. 9 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with concealing a number plate to conceal identification, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to Jan. 25.

Nathaniel T. Patterson, of 117 Holden St., Shrewsbury, was summonsed into court Dec. 10 by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to Jan 18.
Robert Stow, 32, of 121 Depot St., Bellingham, was summonsed into court Dec. 10 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to Jan. 19.

Robert D. Urban, 48, of 41 Federal Hill Rd., Auburn, was summonsed into court Dec. 10 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and OUI liquor, third offense. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to Jan. 19.
John MacDonald, 59, of 3 Flynn Rd., Franklin, was summonsed into court Dec. 9 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to Jan. 18.
Daniel O’Neill, 26, of 56 Harding St., Medfield, was summonsed into court by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI, second offense. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to Jan. 19.
Charles G. Hagopian, 49, of 9 Churchhill Rd., Shrewsbury, was arrested Dec. 7 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to Dec. 16.
Joshua Jones, 22, of 184 Orchard Hill Rd., Oxford, was summonsed into court Nov. 3 by Shrewsbury police and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Judge Robert Gardner found sufficient facts on the first charge, continued the case without a finding until Jan. 10 and ordered him to pay $100 in fines. He dismissed the other two charges.
Tuesday, Dec. 13:
Jesse L. Meesier, 20, of 8 Seneca St., Shrewsbury, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Dec. 13 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The case was continued until Feb. 12.
Wednesday, Dec. 14:
Keith Wall, 44, 248 South Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested on Dec. 13 by Shrewsbury police for A&B. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 18.
Janos Pitlik, Jr., 48, 26 Old Lincoln St., Apt. 7, Worcester, was arrested Dec. 12 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI, marked lanes violation and willfully obstructing an emergency vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 5.
Thursday, Dec. 15:
Shane K. Gaw, 29, of 45 Prospect St., Clinton, was arrested on June 13 by Shrewsbury police, and charged with OUI drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage. Judge Vito Virzi accepted a guilty plea on the OUI drugs charge. Gaw was given probation until Dec. 14, 2012 and ordered random drug testing and ordered to pay $300 court fees. Judge Virzi found Gaw not responsible for the marked lanes violation. Judge Virzi also dismissed the remaining charges.
Bryan M. Harris, 23, of 4 Redwood Ln., Shrewsbury, was summonsed into court after Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint on Oct. 21 and charged with breaking and entering into a building daytime for a felony. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge.
Friday, Dec. 16:
Jessica L. Beauregard, 32, of 365 East St. in Tewsbury, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Dec. 16 and charged with assault and battery for an incident in which she allegedly was biting, kicking and punching a victim. According to the filed police report, Beauregard also resisted arrest. Judge David Locke continued the case to Jan. 27.
Luke N. Savageau, 32, of 23 Columbus St., Apt. 3, Â in Worcester, was arrested on Oct. 28 by Shrewsbury police and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge David Locke found the defendant guilty and ordered him to pay fees totaling $675.
Nicholas Simon, 26, of 190 South Quinsigamond Ave., Apt. 211, in Shrewsbury was arrested by Shrewsbury police on Dec. 15 and charged with shoplifting by asportation from the Shrewsbury Walgreens. Judge David Locke found the defendant guilty and ordered him to pay $300 in fees.
