Alleged Indecent Exposure Leads to Shrewsbury Man's Arrest
The following information was provided by the Shrewsbury Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, May 7
7:15 a.m.: A caller from Kirk Street reported vandalism to their motor vehicle.
10:00 a.m.: An officer responded to a 911 misdial from South Quinsigamond. The caller was attempting to dial out of the country.

2:04 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer assisted with returning a dog that was found on Boston Turnpike to the dog’s owner.
5:46 p.m.: A caller reported that their car was vandalized on Main Street.

6:47 p.m.: A caller reported a male indecently exposing himself at the White City Shopping Center. Donald Zipfel, 59, of 53 Gold St., was arrested and charged with lewd wanton and lascivious conduct.
7:16 p.m.: An officer spoke to two joggers on Lakewood Drive that were having a dispute.
9:07 p.m.: While conducting a person check at the Rainbow Motel officers arrested Richard Findley, 23, of 149 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, Marlborough on warrant charges of larceny, motor vehicle theft and assault and battery
9:12 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Chestnut Street and arrested Oscar Mendoza Jr., 18, of 7 Jane St. and charged him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Wednesday, May 8
6:52 a.m.: Officers responded to a house on Coachman Ridge Road after an abandoned 911 call. There was no issue at the house.
1:15 p.m.: A caller reported a disturbance on School Street. A town worker was already on the scene looking into it.
2:53 p.m.: A resident of Crescent Street went in to the Shrewsbury Police Department to report that his property had been damaged while he was out of the house.
9:09 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle at CVS that was wanted by the Worcester Police Department for property damage.
