Shrewsbury Man Arrested On Assault and Battery Charge

Monday, May 13
8:05 a.m.: An officer took a report of a hit and run crash on Grafton Street,
11:48 a.m.: The Animal Control Officer responded to a report of an injured hawk on South Street.

4:18 p.m.: A caller reported multiple speeding incidents on Lake Street.
5:40 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious male at St. James Road. Officers responded and issued the male a citation for marijuana possession.

8:24 p.m.: A caller requested to speak with an officer regarding a restraining order. An officer responded and arrested Mark Spaziana, 37, of 203 Avalon Way on charges of assault and battery.
