Shrewsbury Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct, Disturbing the Peace

Thursday, May 16

12:27 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer searched Lakeside Drive after a report od a loose dog.

4:42 p.m.: A Shrewsbury police officer assisted a resident of Balsam Circle after the resident reported a suspicious package.

4:51 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer issued a pet owner on Pond View Drive a citation after a complaint.

11:06 p.m.: A caller reported loud music on Wingate Street. Officers responded and spoke to a resident where the loud music was originating.

Friday, May 17

12:37 a.m.: An officer took one male in to protective custody after a caller reported the suspicious person on North Quinsigamond.

12:59 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Boston Turnpike and arrested Joseph Ross, 48, of 448 Oak St. on one charge of operating with a suspended license.

2:18 a.m.: A caller reported a disturbance in the parking lot at Christmas Tree Shops. Robert Cardinal, 32, of 8 General Ave. was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

3:35 a.m.: An officer responded to multiple 911 calls for a two-car crash on Hartford Turnpike. Two cars were towed and one person was taken to the hospital.
