Shrewsbury Police Log: Dec. 16
The Shrewsbury Police responded to the following incidents and made the following arrests.
The Shrewsbury Police arrested the following people:
On Dec. 10, at 4:42 p.m., Carolina Berrios, 26, of 113 Prospect Heights, Milford, MA, was arrested at 530 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, and charged with larceny over $250, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, receiving stolen property over $250, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and conspiracy.
On Dec. 10, at 5:22 p.m., Nidia Benitez, 20, of 5 Royal Crest, Apt. 3, Marlboro, MA, was arrested at the corner of Boston Turnpike and Crescent Street, and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, larceny over $250, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, receiving stolen property over $250, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and conspiracy.

On Dec. 10, at 10:21 p.m., David Michael Brote, 47, of 309 Gulf St., was arrested at 306 Gulf St., Shrewsbury, and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
On Dec. 11, at 8:03 p.m., Charles E. Fay, 59, of 207 Farrington St., Quincy, was arrested at 51 Hartford Turnpike, and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle.

On Dec. 11, at 9:15 p.m., Daniel Allen Donald, 29, of 16 Shrewsbury Green Drive, Apt. 8, Shrewsbury, was arrested at his residence.
On Dec. 13, at 8:27 p.m., Sean Robert Reilly, 33, of 39 Stanton St., Apt. 1, Worcester, was arrested at the corner of Boston Turnpike and Dewey Road, and charged with operating with a suspended license.
Here are some of the incidents the Shrewsbury Police responded to:
On Dec. 13, at 4:27 p.m., a caller from Hartford Turnpike reported finding a puppy with no tags and a Patriot's bandana. The puppy is a possible shepherd mix. The animal control officer was notified.
The police also responded to four larceny reports, six disputes, 44 accidents, 28 medical calls, three shoplifting incidents, four animal complaints, seven suspicious person reports and made 34 motor vehicle stops.
