The Shrewsbury Police arrested the following person:
On Dec. 15, at 4:24 p.m., Peggy S. Arroyo, 35, of 173 Fairmont Ave., Apt. 1, Worcester, was arrested at 196 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, and charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle, a lights violation, a passing violation, failure to stop or yield and two counts of operating with a suspended license.

On Dec. 14, at 1:31 p.m., a caller from Main Street reported seeing a dead female domestic short hair tiger. The police removed the deceased animal.
On Dec. 14, at 10 p.m., a caller from Boston Turnpike reported finding money in an envelope in the parking lot at 50 Boston Turnpike. An investigation report was taken and the cash inventory was taken and put into evidence by the sargeant.

On Dec. 15, at 3:48 p.m., a caller from Main Street reported seeing a middle-aged man talking inappropriately to a younger man. Police took a report.
