Shrewsbury School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School

SHREWSBURY, MA — The first day of school in Shrewsbury is August 28 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Shrewsbury School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 12/4: Early Release (Professional Development)
• 12/24 - 12/31: No School (December Vacation)

January

• 1/1: No School (New Year’s Day)
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/5: Early Release (Professional Development)
• 2/18: No School (Presidents' Day)
• 2/19 - 2/22: No School (Winter Vacation)

March
